Meet + Study at Provenance Apartments

resident lounge and community kitchen

At Provenance, shared work areas give residents space to focus, meet, and shift between tasks without leaving the building. The layout separates quieter study zones from more casual seating areas, allowing different types of work to happen at the same time.

What Meeting and Study Features Are Available?

  • High-speed Internet
  • Coworking space
  • Social lounge

Opportunities to Work and Connect

The coworking space includes tables and seating arranged for independent work or small group sessions. Students use the area for reading, writing, virtual meetings, and project prep. High-speed internet is available throughout the building, keeping devices connected in shared areas. In our Purdue off-campus housing, having a designated coworking area inside the property keeps study sessions close to home.

The social lounge provides open seating in a more relaxed setting. Some use it for informal study sessions, while others meet there between classes or in the evening. The separation between the coworking space and lounge areas allows residents to choose the environment that fits the task at hand. Local coffeehouse Indie Coffee Roasters is located in the building, offering residents another spot to study, hang out, and enjoy handcrafted drinks while supporting a small business.

In our West Lafayette student apartment community, the combination of work-focused and social spaces creates opportunities to connect with other residents, ace your classes, and make the most of your college experience throughout the semester. Want to see how the shared spaces are arranged? Visit Provenance to explore the study and lounge areas in person.
